This is a detail photo of an aircraft’s engine, taken at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon. I am horrible at notetaking when taking pictures, so I’m not sure what type of plane this is.

The third year of the post-Thanksgiving Willamette Valley wine tour started at Patricia Green Cellars. Chris, Julie, Gary, Jan, Rod, Anissa and myself visited four wineries that day and tasted over twenty wines. The four wineries were, in order of preference: Lenné, Patricia Green, Lemelson, and Shea.

This is an image of a kelp bed south of Coos Bay, Oregon. I was shooting with a polarizer, but thought I’d experiment by capturing the light reflecting off the water. I’m quite happy with the abstract result.
